Aletta H. Widow of Viscount Charles M. de la Cornillere.

No news about her but here is a blurb about her son, Henri Gaston Ernest de la Cornillere:
Was born in Cape Town, the son of Viscount Charles Marie Ernest de la Cornillere (d. 1897), one-time professor of French at the South African College and Victoria College who accepted the post of Consul for the Free State Republic in Paris in 1873. On his father's death, Henri de la Cornillere and his mother left for California where he was educated, playing Rugby (quarter-back) for the University of California. [She died 1891] He returned to South Africa in 1893 and entered the Orange Free State Government service as a draughtsman. Ten years later he resigned, having reached the position of chief architectural assistant in the Public Works Department, and set up his own practice in Bloemfontein. During the Anglo-Boer War he served with the Burgher Forces.
