Abandoned Automobile
Dear City of Oakland folks. I am having trouble with this issue. I have called this in twice and have received no response and the car continues to sit and accumulate tickets:
There is an abandoned Mercedes Benz, License number 2NDV926, parked on Lusk street near the corner of Apgar and Lusk. It is between Apgar and 39th Street, 94608. The tags are expired and or have been removed. The car has street cleaning parking tickets on it (two of them!) and it needs to be towed away. It is in violation of the law in regard to parking and abandoned vehicles, and also has expired tags and should not be on the street.
Please tow the car away. And please, someone acknowledge that this has been received and something will be done about it. I have friends who live near Piedmont Avenue and they seem to have no problem getting cars towed away.
